The USRP-LW B210 is a highly integrated, two-way, universal software-defined radio device with RF coverage of 70 MHz to 6 GHz; support for high-speed USB 3.0 connectivity; and support for open source UHDs supporting multiple frameworks Programmable Spartan 6XC6SLX150 FPGA with a fully integrated mixed-signal baseband direct conversion transceiver that provides bandwidth up to 56MHz.
The USRP-LW B210 equipment kit includes: one USRP-LW B210, one USB 3.0 cable, and one set of power adapters.
The B210 RF front end uses the integrated circuit of the AD9361 and has an RF range from 70 MHz to 6 GHz. The AD9361 chip supports direct up-and-down conversion of the RF side, providing a bandwidth of up to 56 MHz in real time. The B210 uses the AD9361's two signal chains to provide coherent MIMO capability. The host uses a series of control operations from usb 3.0 to the FPGA chip Spartan6 XC6SLX150 to process and control the signals in the AD9361. The B210 uses USB3.0 to provide a maximum transfer capacity of 61.44 MS/s, utilizing UHD's API and PC Connected, can provide real-time bandwidth up to 56M.
Low-cost software defined radio equipment
The B210 enables a wide range of applications, including broadcasting, cell phones, GPS, WiFi, ISM FM and TV signals. Users can use GNU Radio to quickly develop some radios, or participate in some open source software-defined radio projects. On different USRP devices, UHD-based support allows users to reuse existing designs, such as HDSDR and OpenBTS applications support multiple models USRP devices.
