Embedded Series USRP-LW E310
The USRP-LW E310 is an embedded SDR device. The AD9361 RF set analog device supports 2x2 MIMO with a frequency range of 70 MHz–6 GHz and a transient bandwidth of 56 MHz. With a size of 133 x 68 x 26.4 mm and power consumption as low as 2-6 watts, it is a mobile and embedded SDR device with the advantages of light weight, small power and small size. Baseband processing is run on a reconfigurable Zynq 7020 IC combining Xilinx 7 series FPGAs with integrated dual-core ARM A9 processors. Using the Linux operating system. Like all USRP devices, the open source software architecture provides cross-platform support and USRP hardware drivers (UHDs). UHD supports most applications and SDR frameworks such as GNU Radio.

Performance Description:
The AD9361 transceiver on the RF front end provides up to 56 MHz instantaneous bandwidth, covers a frequency range of 70 MHz–6 GHz, and supports 2X2 MIMO. RF preselection filter banks at the front end of the transmit and receive links enhance frequency selectivity.
The baseband processor uses the Xilinx Zynq 7020 SoC to provide FPGA-accelerated computing, combined with independent operation supported by a dual-core ARM CPU. The USRP-LW E310 integrates a wealth of peripherals such as an integrated GPS receiver for location awareness and time synchronization, and a dual USB host port for extended storage and other I/O devices. Using off-the-shelf devices, users can quickly prototype and develop embedded applications.
The USRP Embedded Family uses a customized Linux distribution of the OpenEmbedded framework to meet the specific needs of the application. The default operating system comes pre-installed with USRP Hardware Driver™ (UHD) software and third-party development tools such as GNU Radio. The E310 also supports RFNoC technology, an RFNoC FPGA development framework capable of performing real-time computations and meeting the requirements of wideband signal processing.
